Get on Up! The Open Improv Jam Friday July 31st - 7pm Want to see some great friday night improv? Or maybe get to see that favorite game you always want to see? Want to join the cast of Nashville Improv on stage? Well on Friday July 31st you can have that all and MORE. If you are a pro, a rookie, or someone who wants to watch some fun improv during our open improv jam for the low price of $7 you are in the right place! It’s fun and easy - no experience necessary! Participants AND spectators are encouraged to attend! NICD Blue Saturday August 1st- 7pm What happens when you put the cast of the Nashville Improv Company in charge of the police department? Oh, just some improv, a lot of donut eating and a murder! That’s right, there has been a murder but the cast of NICD Blue is hot on the trail. They may not know the first thing about police work but with the help of the right audience and some good honest improv, they just might figure out who done it. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to join the Nashville Improv Company from 7-8:30pm at the Bongo Java Theatre for a night of mystery, suspense, singing, dancing and uncontrollable laughter. The only true crime would be to miss this show! Unscripted August 1st - 9pm The NIC loves all forms of improv and are proud to announce the only regular show in Nashville dedicated to the art of longform improv. Featuring a selection of 1-act improv styles that will change each month, you may see a play, a movie, a story, or something brand new, and it will be performed for one night only for you. Condragulations! You're invited to the wildest show in Nashville—Improv Drag Race! Based on the hit tv show, RuPaul's Drag Race, Improv Drag Race will lead you on an insanely competitive and wickedly funny race to be crowned America's Next Top Improv Drag Superstar (of the WORLD).
Join our girls as they throw shade, spill the "t", and lipsync for their lives...live on stage! Who will stay (SHANTAY!) and who will sashay away? Only you can decide which queen is the fiercest, funniest, female phenomenon. The wigs will fly (literally) at this special event hosted by Nashville Improv Company at a special venue, Play Dance Bar. Doors open at 7:30pm, Show starts at 8:00pm. Thanks for showing the world you love improv!  Nashville Improv at the Natchez Hills Winery at Fontanel, part of their "Wine Down Wednesday" series from 6pm till 9pm. Join us and our friends at Natchez Hills Winery at Fontanel for a little wine and a whole lot of laughs. Come early, grab a glass or bottle of wine and enjoy the live comedy performance entirely improvised for you from 7pm to 8:30pm. Wine by the bottle will be 10% off from 6pm - 9pm while you are at the event, and you can always purchase by the glass.
